This image series was taken on the Lofoten islands during my first visit to Norway in summer 2010.
Since the sun does not set in summer, I naturally found it hard to sleep and decided to go out with my camera (Olympus OM-10 with some slide film) to explore the impressive area around Reine around 2am in the morning.
I truly enjoyed the silence and the overwhelming impressions during this time of day and these were some of the most beautiful moments I had during my time there.
